New WhosOffice iOS Update 2021

Brand new update available today

The team have been working hard on lots of great new features for the WhosOffice platform. Today we are proud to announce that a brand new update is available for iOS.

Re-designed from the ground up

The latest update has been designed to give users all of the information that they require, faster and easier than ever before. You can now see today's tasks or what you have planned over the next seven days directly from the main dashboard. The request leave and submit overtime areas have been updated to a more streamlined process. We've even given approvers the ability to submit overtime on behalf of their staff through the app.

Each tab has its own dashboard that has been designed to show all of the relevant information based on the area you have selected. For businesses that use the intuitive task planner module, you will notice that the 'Work' tab now holds the daily task view where you can easily check what tasks you have planned and with who, on the go.

Even more great features

We recently released an exciting new module for HR and we have added some functionality related to the emergency contacts section of this module to the 'More' tab on iOS. Staff members will be able to add, edit and remove their own emergency contacts and gain access to the emergency contacts of their staff.

As well as the visual updates, you may also notice a few changes too. We've made getting help even easier in the latest update. Look out for the 'i' icon in the top right corner for help and guidance on the processes that you are accessing. Or you can access all of the relevant articles from the dedicated help and support view located under the 'More' tab.

How do I update to the latest version?

If you have your device set to automatically update, you will notice that your WhosOffice application will update within the next 7 days. Alternatively you can go to the App Store on your iOS device, find your apps and manually download the update. If you are an Android user, the update will be coming out for you soon. The team are hard at work on the Android update and hope to release that in the coming months.
