Security Update (Auto Account Lockout)

Following feedback from our customers, and with online security being a leader in our development plans we have updated our login security settings.
This update introduces an automatic account lock-out facility when users fail to supply their correct login credentials.
By default, users will be locked out of their accounts for a period of 30 minutes in they fail to supply the correct login credentials 3 times in a row.
If you feel you would like the number of attempts (default: 3) or the lock-out period (default: 30 minutes) altered on your account, have an account administrator email support@whosoffice.com and this can be changed for your account.
