Our customers love how WhosOffice helps them manage leave, track time, and plan resources. But we know the user interface has started to look a little dated. That’s why we’re bringing you a fresh, modern look that’s intuitive and easier to navigate.

And that's not all:

  • We’re launching brand-new mobile apps for iOS and Android, redesigned from the ground up with a sleek UI and powerful new tools to simplify your day.
  • We’re upgrading our infrastructure behind the scenes, so you’ll enjoy faster load times, greater reliability, and a smoother experience overall.

 

When to expect it

We’re aiming to roll out the new WhosOffice during the first full week of August. As always, we’ll only go live when everything’s ready to ensure a seamless transition for you. Watch this space – we’ll announce exact dates here and directly inside your WhosOffice account. You’ll also see notifications in the mobile apps closer to launch.

Some brief downtime will be needed – but don’t worry, we’ll keep you fully informed so you can plan ahead.

We’re excited to introduce Saved Reports – one of the most requested features from our users:

  • Run your favourite reports, save them with custom names, and re-run them anytime with a single click.
  • Perfect for recurring payroll reports, leave summaries, or custom data checks – saving you time every month.

And this is just the beginning. More enhancements and new tools are on the roadmap for the months ahead!
